• Outpatient-Focused Practice : Join two family physicians and an experienced FNP in a modern clinic featuring 12 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, an onsite lab, and private offices, just 2 miles from the hospital.
• Balanced Schedule & Manageable Call : Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek with a dedicated half-day for administrative tasks. Pediatric call averages 6-7 days / month, plus one full weekend, with flexible options to take additional paid calls
• Attractive Earnings Potential : Base salary between $250,000 and $300,000, with wRVU production allowing physicians to earn over $400,000 annually
• Comprehensive Benefits Package : Includes generous commencement bonus, student loan forgiveness, relocation assistance, 5 weeks PTO, 1 week CME with allowance, plus life, health, dental, vision, malpractice, LTD, and STD.
