Are you passionate about cruising and dedicated to helping others plan unforgettable getaways? We are seeking a motivated, service-driven Cruise Vacation Consultant to join our expanding travel team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design seamless and memorable cruise experiences—from selecting the ideal itinerary to coordinating onboard activities. Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through cruise destinations, itineraries, and package options to create fully customized vacation experiences.
- Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with vendor and company policies.
- Provide accurate, detailed information on cruise lines, ships, ports of call, excursions, and travel requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all client interactions, quotes, and bookings.
- Stay current with cruise industry trends, promotions, and partner offers to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and support overall client satisfaction.
