[job_card.job_description]Complete full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, AP / AR, reconciliations, and some financial reporting Support month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls Assist with process implementation and system enhancements using Microsoft Business Central Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance Partner with operational teams to analyze costs and performance metrics Collaborate with leadership on financial reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to ongoing modernization and automation projects within the accounting function Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of staff accounting experience Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP software (preferred) Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-changing environment Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments Positive, flexible, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Health, dental, & vision insurance available 401(k) : Annual company match Vacation and PTO Free company products, weekly
