Warehouse Sorter - Amazon

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

• Warehouse Knowledge : Warehouse Sorters must have a basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Good Communication Skills : Warehouse Sorters must have good English verbal and written communication skills in order to interact effectively in a professional manner with customers, office agents, and warehouse staff.
• Teamwork : Warehouse Sorters must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organization Skills : Warehouse Sorters must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Time Management Skills : Office Supervisors must be able to manage their time effectively to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, sorting, or inventory-related role is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions :

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

Schedule of Hours :

As an airline services provider, Alliance Ground International requires its employees to be able to work flexible schedules which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays, cancellations, ad hocs, etc. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
