Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Social Worker position within a K-12 school setting in Chicago, IL offers an opportunity to provide critical support to students and families. Working under a contract through the school year, this role focuses on addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges to enhance student success and well-being. Two openings are available, specifically serving campuses in the Lake County region.

Responsibilities include :

• Assessing students social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Developing and implementing intervention plans
• Collaborating with educators, families, and community resources to support student development
• Conducting individual and group counseling sessions
• Assisting with crisis intervention and referral services
• Maintaining accurate case documentation and reports

Qualifications :

Location : Positions are based in Chicago, IL and serve K-12 students at campuses in Lake County.
