Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in silicone products, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a vital part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production operations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to quality excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Quality Control Technician

Location : Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range :   $18.50-$20 / hour

Shift : 2pm - 10pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform standard bench testing of silicone products, including physical properties, rheology, and appearance evaluations.
• Operate laboratory equipment and follow testing protocols to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Enter data accurately into organization's Quality system and generate comprehensive QC reports.
• Communicate test results effectively to production operators and manufacturing supervisors to facilitate timely decision-making.
• Assist in instrument maintenance, calibration, and organization of quality records and production samples.
