Personal Financial Counselor Trainee

A company is looking for a Personal Financial Counselor Trainee, PFC.

Key Responsibilities

Receives training in personal financial counseling services and duties

Assists service members in establishing spending plans and provides financial education

Participates in regular training, supervision, and quality improvement activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required; alternative qualifications may be considered

Must have over a thousand hours of financial counseling experience prior to application

Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Must be working towards an approved Financial Certification within 3 months of employment

Must demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality
