[job_card.job_description]Areas : Lower Bucks County (priority), Center City Philadelphia, Delaware County Schedule : Monday–Friday, during school hours Rate : $45–$80 / hour (flat rate for all hours worked) Area : Philadelphia (priority), some availability in Lower Bucks Schedule : Flex hours including evenings / Saturdays available Rate : $58–$85 / hour (billable); non-billable paid at 50% Clinician-founded and operated since 2009 Flexible scheduling with full-time benefits starting at 20 hours / week $5,000 hiring bonus ($2,500 at 3 months, $2,500 at 6 months) Strong interdisciplinary support across school, home, and community settings Autonomy to shape your own ABA caseload and workflow Medical, dental, and vision with employer contribution 401(k) with employer match Paid time off (PTO) and parental leave CEU reimbursement and tuition / certification support Relocation and license renewal assistance Clinician-founded and operated since 2009 Flexible scheduling with full-time benefits starting at 20 hours / week $5,000 hiring bonus ($2,500 at 3 months, $2,500 at 6 months) Strong interdisciplinary support across school, home, and community settings Autonomy to shape your own ABA caseload and workflow Medical, dental, and vision with employer contribution 401(k) with employer match Paid time off (PTO) and parental leave CEU reimbursement and tuition / certification support Relocation and license renewal assistance Oversee ABA treatment plans in school settings Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and RBTs Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and VB-MAPP evaluations Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy Conduct assessments and create treatment plans aligned with IBHS guidelines Supervise BHTs and collaborate with families and support teams Maintain documentation in compliance with IBHS regulations Active BCBA or LBS pursuing BCBA (supervision provided!) Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field 1+ years of ABA therapy experience, including treatment planning and staff training School-based ABA experience (required for LBS roles) Familiarity with autism services, functional behavior assessment, and data-driven treatment Reliable transportation (for community-based roles) Current clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal)
