A well-established pediatric group practice in Darien, CT is seeking a provider for an outpatient position. This role offers a four-day work week with rotating Saturday mornings, along with a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will join a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care to children. Job Function :

Collaborate with two established pediatricians, supported by nurses and full office staff.

Provide patient care during a 4-day work week, totaling 36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours for administrative duties.

Participate in call rotation on a 1 : 3 schedule, with all after-hours calls triaged by nursing staff.

Cover one Saturday morning per month, from 8 : 00 a.m. to 12 : 00 p.m., on a rotating basis.
