(ACR) of Allison Park, PA has an opening for a full-time Equipment Sales Associate to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and meet the market demand for robotic solutions. This role requires proven experience in sales, with an interest in construction and emerging technology. This ideal candidate is a self-starter who can execute the full sales cycle, travel for product demos and events, and collaborate across teams to support continued market adoption.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EQUIPMENT SALES ASSOCIATE

In this role, you build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers. You drive sales growth by offering tools of the trade for the construction industry. You collaborate with the team (especially engineering, marketing, and robotic operations), travel frequently to provide demonstrations and to meet with prospects and represent the team at conferences and events throughout the United States. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EQUIPMENT SALES ASSOCIATE

Required Skills / Abilities :

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and with a team
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

SAFETY

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in an equipment testing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee and Team Members without proper safety precautions. This position may require you to be around heavy equipment and under constantly changing circumstances. Team Members will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
