Position : Corporate Credit Trader

Role Description : ArrowMark is looking to add an experienced credit trader to its established and growing CLO team. Primary responsibilities will include :

• Working closely with colleagues and portfolio managers to help drive the investment process through execution of leveraged loan and high yield bond trades for CLO Funds and private funds managed by the company;
• Building and maintaining sell side relationships with bank counterparts;
• Tracking primary calendar, orders, daily and weekly movers, and secondary opportunities in the leveraged loan and high yield markets;
• Working with analysts and portfolio managers to identify risks and recommend trading opportunities including swaps;

Experience, Qualifications and Skills :

Estimated Base Compensation1 : [USD] The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000.

Annual Bonus Opportunity : Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award. Individual bonuses are determined based on individual, team, and Company performance.
