  • Timely output to ensure continuity, quality, and safety is mandatory
  • Communication : ability to ask questions and listen to customers in order to find out the issue, explain the problem in a clear and understandable way, and give them options for repair or replacement.
  • Dexterity : Computer repair techs use their hands to manipulate objects within the computer.
  • Troubleshooting : Computer repair techs must be able to diagnose, repair and test computer problems as they arise.

Hiring Requirements :

  • Minimum two years' experience working within the repair industry; preferably "Apple Ecosystem"
  • Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
  • Physical skill requirements Vision / hand-eye coordination to perform repairs Lift 25 Lbs.
  • Good vision / hand-eye coordination
  • Own reliable transportation / Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass background check / drug test
  • Professional appearance

    • Previous Work Experience :

  • Retail experience recommended but not required 2+ years in electronic repair location Proven ability to meet and exceed repair goals
