Schedule - Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay - $16.00–$18.00 per hour

Operations Administrator:

What You’ll Do

• Make courtesy, QR, service, and “approved-to-stage” calls to customers
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and operational records
• Print and distribute installer checks and job paperwork
• Process and scan electronic deposits
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections
• Upload company credit card purchase receipts into Ramp
• Apply for and secure business licenses
• Provide warehouse support when the Warehouse Manager is unavailable

What You’ll Need

• Positive, professional customer service attitude with strong listening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and general computer systems
• 1+ year of administrative experience (required; willing to train the right candidate)
• 1+ year experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel (required)
• Experience using a CRM system
• Familiarity with permits and licensing processes
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory practices is a plus
