    • Responsibilities As a Recruiter, You will :

  • Manage Recruitment Efforts : Facilitate the hiring process from job posting through offer acceptance, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and presenting candidates.
  • Build Strong Relationships : Partner with regional leadership, hiring managers, internal employees, and external jobseekers to understand staffing needs and deliver results.
  • Leverage Data & Tools : Monitor and track recruiting data in the applicant tracking system (ATS); provide accurate reporting and respond to inquiries with urgency.
  • Develop Talent Pipelines : Proactively source candidates using advanced search methods, digital talent communities, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Promote Employer Brand : Utilize social media and external partnerships to market job opportunities and attract diverse talent.
  • Ensure Positive Candidate Experience : Deliver a high-touch, consultative recruiting approach with clear communication and professionalism.
  • Provide Expert Guidance : Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and ATS best practices.
