Position Highlights :

Full-time outpatient Family Practice - high-volume clinic; no call, no weekends

4x10 schedule

Strong clinical support : RN + 3 MAs

Diverse patient population with broad acuity and age range

Physicians and other clinicians on site

Qualifications :

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Open to new grads who are enthusiastic about fast-paced clinic work

Must be motivated, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact in a rural setting

Compensation & Perks :

Total comp : $175k+ achievable

Quality and volume-based incentives

$125,000 Loan Repayment Total

CME allowance, license reimbursement, and retirement match
