[job_card.job_description]Architect scalable, secure, and reusable MuleSoft APIs for Salesforce CRM and related systems. Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration solutions with business and IT strategies. Design and implement data synchronization between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Optimize data flows for performance, reliability, and scalability. Implement secure authentication and authorization flows for CRM integrations. Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and governance frameworks. Work closely with Salesforce teams, business analysts, and QA teams. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration roadmaps. Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies for MuleSoft applications. Drive performance tuning and proactive issue resolution. Technical Expertise : Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave). Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM APIs (REST / SOAP) and data model. Proficiency in integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex integration projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Preferred MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect. Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or marketing automation tools. Knowledge of API governance and best practices. Employment Type : Full-time Experience Level : 9+ years in integration development, 5+ years in Mule tech lead
