Job Description

Lead the team in planning and managing the project schedule. Drive progress to hit key milestones - design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout - on time and on budget. Select and manage subcontractors; issue subcontracts and purchase orders. Oversee contract administration, permits, and compliance. Develop and control project budget to meet requirements and ensure profitability. Identify risks and create contingency plans. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and support the Superintendent in execution. Manage project closeout and final deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering (preferred). Strong technical background and hands-on experience. 8+ years in construction project management. Willingness to travel when needed. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams, partners, and clients.
