Environmental Service Technician I (Housekeeping)- Nights

Position Description

We help our patients and visitors live well by providing a clean and safe hospital. As an EVS Tech 1, you would perform general cleaning tasks across the hospital :

  • Interact with patients and visitors
  • Clean occupied patient rooms
  • Prepare discharged patient rooms for the next patient
  • Clean operating rooms
  • Operate floor cleaning equipment
  • Spill response
  • Transport waste

Pay Details

Pay Rate : Starting at $17 / hour

  • $2.00 Weekend shift differential
  • $1.60 2nd shift differential
  • $5.50 3rd shift differential
  • Holiday Pay Time and a Half
  • Benefits Eligible : Yes (Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance, Retirement Plan, Education Assistance, + more )

    • Shift Details :

  • 1st Shift - 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm + rotating weekends
  • 2nd Shift – 4 : 00 pm – 12 : 30 pm + rotating weekends

    • Position Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping is preferred.
  • Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic computer skills required : email, eLearning, Ipad, Vocera, and pagers.
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team, handling fluctuating workloads.

    • COMPENSATION

  • Minimum Pay : $17
  • Maximum Pay : $26.35
