Logistics Compliance Specialist

Overview :

Due to recent changes in trade compliance and tariff-related activities, seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join their team as a Lead. This is a new role for a seasoned professional.

Qualifications :

• HM is looking for years experience
• Minimum years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or international logistics is a MUST HAVE.
• Strong knowledge of Customs regulations and Foreign Trade Regulations.
• Knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Sanctions Programs.
• Strong knowledge of HTS classification, valuation methods, country of origin determination, and Customs programs.
• Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.
• Experience in leading team and projects is preferred.
