Nights, including 8 and 12-hour shifts, with a rotation of every third weekend and holidays.

As a Neurosurgery RN, you will :

Major Responsibilities :
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.Recognize and respond to significant changes in patient conditions swiftly.Implement patient safety and risk reduction strategies.Coordinate effective discharge planning using an interdisciplinary approach.Evaluate patient and unit outcomes, participating in quality improvement initiatives.Foster positive communication and collaboration within the healthcare team.Requirements :
Active Registered Nurse license in the practicing stateBLS certification from AHAGraduate of an accredited nursing programMinimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experiencePhysical Requirements :
