[job_card.job_description]High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Pass a background check 2+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience Prior experience meeting clients Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March-November and 1 Saturday a month November-March Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck Willingness to work long hours during busy season Military service a plus $25 to $30 per hour commensurate with experience Medical, vision, and dental insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Company paid short-term disability 401(k) plan PTO, vacation, Holidays Company cell phone, Truck and fuel provided (This is not a take home vehicle) Free access to on-site gym with showers
Field Project Foreman

Are you ready to take on the role of Field Project Foreman and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems? If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality workmanship, and the drive to ensure project success, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman, you will be responsible for customer communication, supervision of installation, and job organization throughout the roof replacement process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Walk through the proposal with the customer at the start of a job
- Take pictures to verify the material & scope of work
- Maintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the job
- Updates with pictures / descriptions on captivated (minimum 3 times)
- Clean up the job site after lunch
- Mid-day 5-Point Inspection
- Oversee roof installation
