A premier hospital in  Torrance, CA  is seeking a  Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist  to join a  well-established, collegial team  in a 32-bed Level III NICU with outstanding pediatric subspecialty support.

Position Highlights :

Setting : 32-bed Level III Community NICU

Daily Census :  ~12 newborns

Collaborative Team :  Work alongside pediatric surgery, cardiology, GI, and ENT subspecialists

Clinical Focus :  Direct patient care, family counseling, and newborn services

Quality Initiatives :  Participate in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative

Schedule :  Balanced 24 / 7 in-house coverage within a highly supportive team

Location :  Beautiful  South Bay region of Los Angeles County

💼 Position Details :

Employment Type :  Full-time, permanent

Compensation :  $240,000 – $300,000 annually (DOE)

Relocation :  Required if not local – must reside in the immediate area

✅ Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible  in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

CA License  or  Willing to obtain

DEA  or  Willing to obtain

Clean malpractice & license history

Willing to provide 24 / 7 in-house coverage

Relocation status  – must be local or willing to relocate
