Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance and Food Safety Sanitarian at Flik, you'll play an integral role in ensuring world-class food and workplace safety. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a team dedicated to excellence and innovation in food service! Key Responsibilities :

• Promote, implement, maintain, and verify Quality Assurance (QA) and safety reporting standards
• Provide written feedback to unit managers and chefs regarding non-compliance observations
• Work with managers to find solutions to QA challenges and crises
• Liaise with clients, senior management, unit managers, and chefs on all QA issues
• Participate in all BOH inspections and external audits
• Train associates on all QA policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records
• Perform other duties as assigned
