We are seeking a Luxury Travel Concierge to assist clients looking for elevated and personalized travel experiences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys attention to detail, refined service, and working remotely while helping clients plan special trips.

Key Responsibilities :

Learn about client preferences and travel expectations

Assist in suggesting higher-end travel options and experiences

Support booking arrangements for premium lodging and services

Maintain communication and provide attentive support

Coordinate with suppliers for availability and information

Share organized travel documents and confirmations

Ensure accuracy and smooth planning

Qualifications :

Professional communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable working online

Service-focused mindset

Discretion and reliability

Experience in hospitality or customer care helpful, not required
