The Role :

At Joyous, we're transforming mental health care with AI-driven solutions, integrating personalized treatment plans, digital interventions, and real-time analytics to improve patient outcomes. As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll work directly with our CTO to lead the technical evolution of our AI-first platform, optimize existing infrastructure, and pioneer new systems to support our growing user base.

• AI-Driven Engineering – Work on cutting-edge AI agents, train LLMs, and develop predictive analytics that personalize patient care, optimize treatment plans, and engage users more effectively.
• Architect & Scale Platforms – Lead the technical evolution of our EHR / EMR system, AI-integrated tools, and video conferencing platform, ensuring seamless performance, security, and scalability.
