Position Description :
The Ingram School of Engineering of Texas State University has launched a new Mechanical Engineering program that incorporates Industry 4.0 tools and technologies throughout the curriculum to prepare students who can design and develop mechanical and thermal systems that are intelligent, interconnected, and integrated with the virtual world and emerging digital infrastructures. Currently, the program seeks to fill a non-tenure Faculty of Instruction line at the Assistant or Associate level to begin Fall 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to exhibit a strong commitment to student-centered teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate level, participate in curriculum and program development, and perform university and professional service.
