Position : RN-Stepdown (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Bridgeport, West Virginia — earn up to ($2159 - $2273 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.
Participate in professional development and training programs.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Support a positive team environment and culture.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care goals.
Stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid RN license in West Virginia with stepdown unit experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Proficiency in patient monitoring and assessment techniques.
Strong understanding of safety and infection control protocols.
Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets and metrics.
Experience with electronic health records and documentation standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Experience in patient education and family health management.
