Job Description :

NDi is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PgM) with the technical and managerial expertise to lead a large, complex federal IT and cybersecurity services program.

The PgM will oversee enterprise IT operations and engineering initiatives-spanning IT Service Management, system administration, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity-ensuring the delivery of secure, efficient, and compliant IT solutions that meet mission and performance objectives. This role serves as the primary point of contact to the Government, providing technical oversight, contractual leadership, and guidance to all Contractor personnel. The PgM must be a multi-functional leader with strong technical and management skills, capable of overseeing a 100+ FTE workforce, maintaining high performance, and ensuring compliance with all program requirements related to cost, schedule, and quality.

Requirements :

• U.S Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• This position requires 5 days onsite in Dahlgren, VA. Please note that up to 40% remote work may become available but this determination will be made at a later stage.
