Key Responsibilities
Support the design, administration, and analytics of compensation programs
Maintain and administer salary structures, job families, and market positioning
Conduct market pricing and analysis to provide insights on compensation data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related roles
Knowledge of compensation concepts and compliance regulations
Proficiency with HRIS / Compensation tools and advanced Excel skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, WorldatWork CCP / CBP) are a plus
