We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data and Financial Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team onsite. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will be instrumental in driving FP&A, financial reporting and data infrastructure development. You will write and optimize SQL queries, build data tables and provide critical insights that shape strategic financial decisions.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and data engineering and wants visibility and ownership in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities :
FP &A & Financial Reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Conduct variance and trend analysis against forecasts and historical data
- Own the creation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial reports
- Support the CFO in preparing board materials
- Other duties as assigned by management
Data Analysis & Infrastructure
Write, optimize and maintain complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, operational systems)Design and build data tables and views to streamline access to financial and operational dataPartner with internal stakeholders to define data requirementsEnsure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across reporting and analytics workflowsBuild and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and financial performanceQualifications :
Bachelors degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field35 years of experience in a financial / data analyst roleAdvanced SQL skills, capable of writing efficient queries and building tables or data modelsStrong Excel and financial modeling capabilitiesExperience with BI tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance metricsAbility to work independently and communicate complex findings clearlyPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in a high-growth, tech, or SaaS environmentFamiliarity with ERP systems (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)Exposure to data warehouse concepts and best practicesBasic proficiency in Python or R for data analysis a plusExperience with financial planning tools (i.e., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)What We Offer :
