Position : Business Systems Analyst II (Technical Analyst)
Location : Maryland Heights, MO (Onsite 4 days / week)
Duration : 4 months with possible extension
Job Summary :
Seeking a highly technical Business Systems Analyst to support the migration from Cherwell to Ivanti. This role requires strong ITSM experience, hands-on technical requirements gathering, data analysis, regression testing, API / integration understanding, and the ability to analyze backend workflows and translate them into Ivanti-compatible solutions. The analyst will work closely with business owners, developers, and system teams to ensure smooth migration of service catalog items, processes, and data before year-end.
Must-Have :
- Strong ITSM experience (Cherwell, Ivanti, ServiceNow preferred)
- Technical requirements gathering and documentation
- Regression testing experience
- Data analysis and data migration exposure
- Experience with APIs / integrations
- SharePoint & Excel proficiency
- Prior Cherwell → Ivanti migration is a strong plus
