Job Summary The Technical Systems Analyst plays a key role in platform modernization initiatives across the enterprise. This role involves analyzing, designing, and supporting the implementation of enterprise web and middle-tier applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to platform modernization efforts as part of a cross-functional squad.
  • Analyze and design enterprise web and middle-tier applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring / Spring Boot).
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and system specifications.
  • Support end-to-end solution delivery including requirements validation, impact analysis, testing coordination, and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with architecture standards.
  • Work independently and within teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong experience in researching, developing, and documenting solution requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in systems analysis methodologies including data analysis, mapping, flowcharts, use-case development, gap analysis, and UAT.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational database querying.
  • Proven experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Brokerage experience and familiarity with trading capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with UX / design teams to gather user requirements and finalize front-end interfaces.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
