Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all new customer orders entered by the Sales department are accurate and complete. This role involves checking and reviewing orders, verifying details such as part numbers, pricing, quantities, shipping details, and quality instructions. Additional miscellaneous clerical duties may arise as part of the job.

Responsibilities :

• Check and review all new customer orders for accuracy and completeness, including verifying part numbers, pricing, quantities, shipping details, and quality instructions.
• Maintain reported quality records of order entry errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with two options for lunch breaks : either an hour-long lunch from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm or a 30-minute lunch from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, CA. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
