Fluent English (minimum C1) with both written and spoken skills used for clear and active communication with native speakers Experience in both B2B and B2C products; prototyping skills; engineering / QA experience will be a plus; working with MVP stage products will be even a bigger plus Team player with ability to set up collaboration between both internal and external stakeholders, team of engineers Skill in breaking down problems, finding and describing solutions, attention to details. What You Will Do
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement
- Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrum, sprint reviews)
- Monitor risks, quality and project progress
- Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives and strategy. Be a subject-matter expert for them
- Analyze user behavior, gather necessary data to systematize the feedback into effective solutions
- Own product backlog and make sure it is well-structured, prioritized, decomposed and stories description is enough for the team to successfully implement features
- Forecast impediments to sprint backlog or completion during planning to solve bottlenecks where necessary. Be able to define short and long-term goals
