Job Title : CRM Administrator (Oracle Service Cloud JavaScript Project Coordination)

Location : Atlanta GA (Hybrid- Local Candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities

CRM Administration

  • Configure and maintain CRM settings user profiles workspaces workflows message templates surveys campaigns databases and permissions.
  • Assist with testing and verification of internal custom code and vendor software releases patches and add-ons.
  • Collaborate with Contact Center teams and Business Analysts to identify operational improvements system enhancements and customizations aligned with business needs.
  • Work closely with technical leads developers database administrators and system administrators to ensure system availability and support business continuity testing.
  • Manage data integrity tasks including imports migrations integrations and data cleanup.
  • Provide application administration troubleshooting and technical support for IT projects applications and systems-including code migration change control application security performance and availability.
  • Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within Oracle Service Cloud.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate project timelines deliverables and resources across multiple internal teams.
  • Maintain all project documentation such as BRDs project plans test plans test results and meeting notes.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings to ensure timely updates clear communication and issue resolution.

    • Mandatory Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in CRM administration and data management including reporting campaigns surveys and Intelligent Advisor.
  • Experience administering CRM platforms such as Oracle Service Cloud Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira Trello Confluence or Asana .
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint .
  • Experience in project coordination or project management.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in the public sector .
