Location : Phoenix, AZ

Pay : $40 per hour

Schedule : 50% of the time in Phoenix + Traveling throughout the West Coast to customer locations

What You'll Do

• Providediagnostic supportfor warranty and non-warranty machines, both on-site and remotely
• Install, troubleshoot, and repairmechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemson CNC machines
• Read and interpretmechanical drawings and electrical schematicsto guide repairs and upgrades
• Instruct and demonstrate properoperation and maintenanceof machines to customers
• Coordinate machine upgrades, special options, and service requirements with customers
• Maintain clear communication until all quality and service issues are resolved
• Collaborate with internal teams and share knowledge with other field service staff
