Perm - Physician - Endocrinology in Albany, NY

Join an established and thriving practice in Albany, New York, as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinology Physician. The facility offers an excellent opportunity to be a part of a dedicated team that focuses on innovative treatment strategies for individuals with diabetes and other endocrine disorders. Job Responsibilities :

  • Primarily outpatient responsibilities
  • On-call duties : 1 : 10 call rotation, with additional inpatient coverage only when inpatient providers are off
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team of Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators
  • Provide diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for diabetes, endocrine, and metabolic disorders
  • Utilize the latest diabetes care technologies, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring
  • Specialize in complication screening, medication management, and diabetes education classes
  • Support and enhance patient care through innovative treatment and management strategies
  • Open to experienced candidates as well as recent graduates working toward board certification

Qualifications :

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Endocrinology - REQUIRED
  • New York License (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Previous employment experience as an Endocrinologist - PREFERRED

    • License and Certification Requirements :

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology
  • Valid New York medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
