We have an excellent opportunity for a Plant Manager in our Goodyear, AZ manufacturing location.

Responsibilities / Principal Duties :

• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
• Participate in the creation of plant labor and expense budgets.
• Monitor and track operations expenses, research ways to reduce costs.
• Work closely with the Safety Manager to ensure plant safety.
• Support material performance optimization and control.
• Provide coaching and guidance to all operations associates.
• Review operational forecasts and ensure necessary staffing levels are in place.
• Allocate human and equipment resources, and direct production associates to attain all established goals.
• Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap levels.
• Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.
