As Prismic scales, our commitment to technical excellence and innovation grows stronger. We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer who can help us push the boundaries of web personalisation, reliability, and autonomy in software delivery.

What you will be doing?

  • Contribute to building and maintaining highly reliable systems that serve millions daily.
  • Collaborate within autonomous squads to drive innovation and achieve user impact.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of services, from ideation to delivery and maintenance.
  • Help define and uphold operational excellence standards across Prismic.
  • Engage actively in adopting and refining the AI-driven tools and processes pioneered by Prismic.
  • Continuously evolve our technical capabilities to meet future challenges.
  • Mentor and learn from a vibrant engineering community.

    • Are you the one?

    Ideally, you :

  • Have substantial experience developing scalable backend systems.
  • Are proficient with serverless architectures and modern backend frameworks.
  • Possess strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Value the creation of resilient, scalable, and secure software.
  • Understand the critical role of collaboration in software development.
  • Are passionate about leveraging AI to automate and enhance web personalisation.
  • Value end-to-end ownership and responsibility in software development.
  • Are excited about leveraging AI technologies to amplify your own and your team's potential.
  • Appreciate balancing technical excellence with practical product delivery.

    • Bonus points :

  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups, where adaptability, speed, and scaling engineering teams are key challenges.
  • Are passionate about developing GenAI agents and developing against Large Language Models (LLMs).

    Salary range for this role is 60,000-80,000 EUR per annum, gross. The final compensation will be defined based on the candidate's experience and location.
