Key Responsibilities

Provide full operations and P&L support to the global Services team

Develop and deploy scalable processes and system logic to enhance business operations

Drive insights and recommendations for the Professional Services leadership team

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with P&L activities and data analytics

Strong experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce (Certinia)

Proven ability to manage Salesforce PSA projects and billing processes

Experience using various business systems such as CRM and accounting software

Background in using AI to improve business processes
