About the Role

As an Install Associate , you’ll help transform our customers’ homes by creating organization, beauty, and joy in every project. You’ll receive intensive classroom and hands-on training to quickly grow your skills—with the goal of advancing to a full Installer role. Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll assist in delivering flawless i0nstallations that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do :

Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (not Garage door installation - coatings, scraping, etc.)

Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies

Handle and transport materials safely—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditions

Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets our high-quality standards

Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates

Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to meet critical business needs

Key Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types

Strong attention to detail—accuracy to the millimeter

Organized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to work

Professional communication skills and customer service mindset

Physical ability to lift and carry products into workspaces
