About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a motivated litigation associate attorney to join a dynamic and growing team. The firm has experienced tremendous success recently, leading to an influx of exciting new opportunities from high-profile clients. They are expanding their team to keep up with demand and maintain their standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, engaging in motion practice, and taking depositions.
- Represent major insurance companies, handling both first and third-party disputes.
- Work primarily in federal court, with significant exposure to high-level litigation.
- Engage with clients directly, building and managing relationships early in your tenure.
