[job_card.job_description]Responsible for a generalist commercial book of roughly 300 clients ranging between $50,000-$100,000 in premium. Serve as a point of contact for service requests, marketing, renewals, proposals, etc. Follow up and confirm receipt of Carrier downloaded policies, endorsements, and audits. Obtain loss runs from Carrier websites. Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve any outstanding endorsements or billing issues or cancellations. Maintain and update client files and records in EPIC. 2+ years of commercial experience. Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed. EPIC experience preferred. Base salary in the 100k - 125k / year range plus salary increases. Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k (in progress), etc. Flexible hybrid schedule once caught up to speed.
