Mechanics Bank is currently searching for an Operations Specialist to join our team. Here at Mechanics Bank, we value connection, partnership, long term relationships and working together in person. This role will be working on-site at our Cerritos Administrative Office.

What you will do :

• Receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, entering transactions, verifying accuracy, preparing, editing, distributing, and / or correcting specialized and / or complex documents.
• Responsible for the accurate completion of work product and assigned data entry to various bank systems and in accordance with established measures / deadline and assigned goals.
• Organizes and completes work accurately. Identifies and resolves issues within assigned scope.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Attends and participates in meetings as required. Performs all other job duties as assigned by manager.

Who you are :

Pay Range : $21.00 - $26.00 hourly

AIP / Bonus : up to 5%
