Employ consultative selling techniques to guide customers in selecting the right vehicle, utilizing active listening and insightful questioning. Stay abreast of product offerings, optional packages, and emerging technologies to become an authority in the field. Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles, showcasing their features and benefits. Ensure customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up, fostering opportunities for referral business. Master objection handling and excel in various sales scenarios. Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance analyses. Bring a consistently positive attitude and top-tier performance to the workplace every day. At least 3 - 5 years of Sales experience in the automotive industry. Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays. Prior experience with CRM systems preferred. Proficiency in web-based technology and sales methodologies. Quick and efficient learner, adept at adapting to new systems and processes. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Self-motivated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Present a professional appearance and uphold high standards of work ethic. Demonstrated history of reliability and consistency in previous employment. Possession of a valid driver's license. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening.
