In this role, youll play an important part in supporting our operations by reviewing, analyzing, and routing incoming insurance documents with accuracy and efficiency.

What Youll Do

• Review and analyze incoming insurance documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Use internal applications to correctly identify, categorize, and route documents.
• Validate OCR-extracted data and manually correct or enter missing information as needed.
• Maintain high accuracy and speed while processing a large volume of documents.
• Collaborate through Microsoft Teams and Outlook to stay aligned with your team.
• Reference OneNote and other tools to ensure process consistency.
• Adapt quickly to updates, new applications, and evolving workflows.
• Utilize keyboard shortcuts and strong typing skills to optimize efficiency.
