Respiratory Therapy Educator

Location : Various locations across NJ

Shift : 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 00 AM, 3 x 12 hr shifts / week

Duration : 13 Weeks (option to extend)

Job Summary : Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RRT for an exciting Travel and / or Local job.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory care protocols and disease management.
  • Provide hands-on therapy services and monitor patient progress.
  • Assist with intubation and manage ventilator therapy.
  • Develop patient-specific education materials and treatment plans.
  • Participate in orientation and mentoring of new staff.
  • Ensure clinical compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Meet physical role requirements.

Required Skills :

  • Passion for education and mentorship.
  • Knowledgeable in evidence-based respiratory practices.
  • Versatile in handling diverse patient groups and settings.

    • Certifications & Licenses :

  • BLS certification (AHA).
  • NJ Respiratory Care license.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
