What You Should Know About the LPN Team Float Nurse Role :

• This is a DRIVING position and will travel to see patient in both homes and facilities within the Middletown OH (Butler / Warren Counties) and surrounding areas
• This is a FT position, M-F varied hours of 8 : 00A-5 : 00P
• We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey . Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed

The LPN Team Float Nurse Essential Duties :

The LPN Team Float Nurse provides quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs working under the direction and supervision of an RN Care Manager.

Qualifications :

LPN's -Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions. One year of previous nurse experience.
