Credit Card Delivery Leader
As a Credit Card Delivery Leader, you will manage a team focused on executing initiatives that improve acquisitions, increase customer engagement, and elevate overall customer experience with our credit card products. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will work closely with Credit Card product team, technology, and analytics partners to prioritize and deliver on the strategic vision of new products and services. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of new capabilities and functionality to support evolving business and customer needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer expectations.
Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Team Leadership : Manage and develop a team of professionals responsible for credit card delivery projects and system enhancements.
- Project Delivery : Oversee end-to-end execution of credit card initiatives, ensuring alignment with product team requirements and delivery timelines.
- Customer Experience : Drive improvements in acquisition strategies, engagement programs, and service enhancements to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, technology, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet business objectives.
- Risk & Compliance : Maintain strong controls, adhere to regulatory requirements, and ensure operational integrity across all initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and leverage automation for efficiency gains.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and / or Other Professional Credentials
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or related field.5+ years of experience in credit card operations, delivery, or product management.Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex projects.Strong understanding of credit card systems, functionality, and regulatory environment.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices preferred.Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week : 40Work Schedule : Monday through FridayPay Transparency : The salary range for this position is $120,000- $130,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
