Launch a professional sales career with a clear path to agency ownership. You'll learn insurance fundamentals, prospecting, CRM-driven workflows, and consultative selling while working side-by-side with top-performing agency owners and a dedicated District team.

What You'll Do :

  • Learn core lines (Auto, Home, Life, Small Biz) and how to translate coverage into client value
  • Manage a lead pipeline (warm + outbound), quote policies, and close with confidence
  • Build lasting client relationships : onboard, cross-sell, and retain
  • Master tools (CRM quoting platforms) to hit activity and sales KPIs
  • Earn licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required - we'll guide you)

  • Licensing Requirement : Obtain or possess your Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses from the State of Arizona within 60 days of hire. We provide FREE Pre-Licensing courses.
